while the energy
transmission is
still in process
african beats
fill my house
grounding me
connect me to
my innate roots
until they deeply
vibrate inside me
tingling feelings
start at my feet
my hands until
they fill my body
with sensations
coming in waves
i let go of myself
let the beats take
me over deep into
the wind and trees
the forest the leaves
energy of the elements
