you told me so
Barely alive,
Gasping for air,
Clinging to your arm,
To be sure that you're there.
You said this would happen,
You begged me so,
I screamed in your face,
And asked you to go.
You took all my blades,
Or so you thought,
There was something hidden,
Something you forgot.
You missed,
A single knife,
With it I tryed,
To take my life.
In the ambulance now,
You're singing to me,
My visions going fuzzy,
I cannot see.
For a moment my vision returns,
In your eye there is a tear,
I look in your eyes and say,
Better me than you my dear.
My body goes limp,
My world goes black,
I am gone,
I won't be back.
I don't want this,
To be how you remember me,
I hope you recall,
The way things used to be.
I want you to know,
That I love you,
And wherever I am now,
I miss you too.
Gasping for air,
Clinging to your arm,
To be sure that you're there.
You said this would happen,
You begged me so,
I screamed in your face,
And asked you to go.
You took all my blades,
