From Above

electric fingers from the Sun
embrace the Earth to become
energizing beams which flow
from above to down below

from the cosmic far away
to ordinary everyday
photons bouncing off the ground
back to space without a sound

leaving images that we find
creating visions for the mind
through electricity in the brain
like light from stars it's the same -

spiraling, braided currents stream
through the aether in a beam
powering everything that we see
powering you and powering me

as we twirl around and spin
around each other we begin
energizing beams which flow
from above to down below...
