Missy is right. Breathe. Breathe and as music helps you, try listening to Hz music. It works on the same frequencies as your brain waves. You can find all kinds of it on YouTube. And a helpful app for your phone is the Calm app. It has guided mediations, relaxation music, Hz music, music for sleep, bedtime stories (Harry Stiles does one that’s fabulous). There is a free version for this app as well.

I get this. I second the music idea. Something to focus on that can center your thoughts. You're gonna be ok. I know its stressful but it's also exciting. You're getting closer and closer to being able to choose exactly who you are and where you you are. You've been looking forward to that.
