He’s never jealous
The trips I have planned
He smiles
And tells me how grand
He’s never jealous
He doesn’t grumble when I say I’m going
He’s glad that I’m outgoing
The extrovert of the relationship
He allows me to spread my wings
It always feels like spring
He’s never jealous
And loves my nails and earrings
He’s very endearing
My dear
I am myself
And that is more than any wealth
He accepts me for who I am
And he doesn’t belittle
I am played like a fiddle in his hands
Delicately and with grace
The wonderful look on his face
I see such kindness
And love,
I rose above the darkness I once had over me
A light at the end of the tunnel drowns me
And I am free
To be me
With no jealousy
He smiles
And tells me how grand
He’s never jealous
He doesn’t grumble when I say I’m going
He’s glad that I’m outgoing
The extrovert of the relationship
He allows me to spread my wings
It always feels like spring
He’s never jealous
And loves my nails and earrings
He’s very endearing
My dear
I am myself
And that is more than any wealth
He accepts me for who I am
And he doesn’t belittle
I am played like a fiddle in his hands
Delicately and with grace
The wonderful look on his face
I see such kindness
And love,
I rose above the darkness I once had over me
A light at the end of the tunnel drowns me
And I am free
To be me
With no jealousy
