Hypocrite

So, I say a lot, mostly to myself cuz Im alone a lot, that I am a walking contradiction. There are so many thoughts and actions that I do in a day that are in direct conflict with each other. Hypocrite is a negative word which implies that you are willfully being fake or expecting something that you wouldn't do yourself. I dont think that applies here. You are mot being fake. If anything, you are being so real. This is who you are and this is how your mind works. Its not a choice. I know firsthand. We must be honest with ourselves in order to make a change or improve ourselves. You're very good at being honest with yourself. Thats a good thing. Use that honesty to identify what you want to be different and work towards it. Its not hypocrisy. Cut yourself some slack. 🙂

I used to tell myself that I hated my brain all the time.
I learned to embrace what I thought as my malfunctioning brain. Things go easier. We weren’t at odds all the time.
It will get better for you. I already see it. You will too.
