peace of mind's an island
in a raging sea
of thoughts of me and mine in
eternity

in forever flowing
swirling round and round
everything we know in
silent unheard sound

of noisy thoughts cascading
roaring, rumbling
in which we all are wading
to fall then tumble in

remembering the island
in the seething sea
with peace of mind aligning
with who we are when free

of endless thoughts enticing
seductive Siren's song
letting go, arising
to where we each belong

within the blissful ocean
where everything is one
apart from the commotion
as children of the Sun...
