Here I am again
In my head
Spiraling down the rabbit hole I go
Worst case scenarios start to unfold
Heart rate increases
Palms sweat
The stomach starts to gurgle and cramp
Dizziness sets in
Can not shake the feeling
Can not escape
No hope
No future
Blood pressure begins to rise
Panic sets in
