Can I Go Yet?
There's a snow covered mountain.
And surrounding the base of it, beautiful pine trees lining a crystal lake.
And on the side of the lake a table, a table that I approached.
At that table sat a beautiful white haired blue eyed woman, she had porcelain skin.
The whitest teeth...
The prettiest smile...
When she opened her mouth love and kindness enveloped my soul.
I asked her about the lake.
Are there big fish in there?
She smiled and said I can't tell you that, and giggled while saying it.
This woman was my grandmother, who I lost 15 years ago.
She came with a message.
I sent the message along to the intended recipient.
I asked her if you could fish in heaven, she said, Oh yeah!
I can't wait to fish on the other side of the river.
Just saying.
