Random Thought

I must not succumb to darkness. Darkness is the mind-killer. Darkness is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my darkness….and go have sex… Oh wait… this the fear quote from the film Dune… but you reminded me of that… amazing poem Fia. Brilliant

I respect this. I think that sex can sometimes be a way to manifest a destructive nature. I don't think sex and darkness are mutually exclusive. Nothing wrong with sex or being horny. Its part of being human. As long as you are safe, healthy and respect yourself, what's the problem?  

I also understand what you mean about the darkness. I walk with the darkness and have done so since as far back as my memory goes. The darkness is hungry and the more you feed it the stronger its hold becomes. The bigger its appetite grows. The more its will becomes your driving force. I honestly believe that it is too late for me. My life and the experiences have created a monster that I unwillingly serve because there is not enough of "me' left to fight it.  

I write about my darkness and share these writings in the hopes of providing insight. Maybe sparking some thought that can set a person on a path to understanding and maybe avoiding the point of no return.  

Rise from the ashes phoenix! Continue to rise. Each time shining brighter and burning hotter than before!

Little by little the darkness will dissipate. Different shades at first but light does break through.

Pure sex , moderate intercourse , or simply'' healthy sex '' as compared to addiction or sado-masochist extreme behaviour is not adviceable.....  
 
Man need to keep a certain levele of biological balance thru energy release and thus, satisfy a biological need;..the same thing as hunger, once you are fed , there will be no need to overdo, or else some sort of disease will catch you... So addiction is the only darkness that will take the person.......

I do agree with your comment.  Man does need balance. In this world, the pendulum does not always sway back and forth easily. The wind itself is resistant.

Moderate behaviour, can be a general rule for a good well behaved life; if we use it and. be constant adept of such way of living,; simple and successful.....no extreme thoughts that may put us on the margin of society...........easy and nice is the best way..

It's a slippery slope...visiting darkness. You definitely don't want to unpack & settle in. We all approach the world in our own fashion. And we all fall into those crevices of darkness from time to time. How we get it out of them is unique to each of us...part of what makes us individuals. Beautifully written

Thinking about sex all the time is pretty normal. At least is for men. lol

The darkness, I would assume, may come when sex is unwillingly associated with rape. How many women avoid sex after such a horrible even, going so far as to gain a massive amount of weight to deter any admirers.
