A Warning
If you value your life
Do not venture here
If you have hopes and dreams
Best not get too near
All the broken spirits
That lay in my wake
Are the warning of a journey
You don't want to take
Each one a victim
Fallen prey to my trap
Luring them in
For their energy to sap
Feeding off the light
That I lack inside
Til I bleed them dry
Then toss them aside
Parasitic in nature
My darkness consumes
The light, I move on
And the leeching resumes
Everlasting hunger
That can never be quenched
There is no escape
Once your heart has been clenched
Do not be fooled
By the potent allure
An inviting exterior
Thats designed to obscure
My true nature hidden
Lurking just underneath
With claws that pierce deep
And razor sharp teeth
So, if you value your life
Do not venture here
If you have hopes and dreams
Best not get too near
Do not venture here
If you have hopes and dreams
Best not get too near
All the broken spirits
That lay in my wake
Are the warning of a journey
You don't want to take
Each one a victim
Fallen prey to my trap
Luring them in
For their energy to sap
Feeding off the light
That I lack inside
Til I bleed them dry
Then toss them aside
Parasitic in nature
My darkness consumes
The light, I move on
And the leeching resumes
Everlasting hunger
That can never be quenched
There is no escape
Once your heart has been clenched
Do not be fooled
By the potent allure
An inviting exterior
Thats designed to obscure
My true nature hidden
Lurking just underneath
With claws that pierce deep
And razor sharp teeth
So, if you value your life
Do not venture here
If you have hopes and dreams
Best not get too near
