I Think I Am Not Real

some people live in denial of who they are and who they are actually dealing with.

Yeah. I think this poem can have a lot of takes, different interpretations. My interpretation was more of the thoughts in my brain, how I am stuck in it, in a way. I think the more you read and think about it, the more ways it can be thought about. Sorry for babbling, thank you for the comment :)

There was a time when my reality was I didn’t know what reality was.
Medication, learning coping skills that would work for me, DBT, CBT, support groups…all necessary so that I could learn to distinguish what reality is.
There will be times that are easier than others and there will be times when you will need more support.
