elevating consciousness
breathing in and out
sitting by a river
bullrushes all about

blowing in a gentle breeze
bending, letting go
a transcendent moment,
going with the flow

penetrating consciousness
within the all around
where life is manifesting
even underground

and too in the atmosphere
as well in between
everything that's coming
and everything that's been -

becoming one with everything
in and out and in
rhythmically vibrating
simply breathing in

sitting by a river
