Human nature

As humans we long to find love and affection,  
Wandering lost, w no sense of direction .
So many lost souls,  but no 2 are the same ,
And most people these days are all pretty lame.
Some how on the inside,  I've been losing my mind.    But reality is something im not trying to find.  
Its all very stupid if ull look at the facts.
Just shut up for a minute,  sit down and relax.  
Life is so short and the time just flies by.  
Father time is the pilot so I assume he gets high.
They say you'll get good things if your willing to wait ,
But it really boils down to karma and fate.
Some people I think spend their whole life just waiting. ..
Looking around,  just contemplating.
Everything happens,  they say for a reason .
But I think that's just bullshit,  they have to be teasing.
Most people are stupid and some are just cruel...
Either your glass is half empty or it might be half full.  
Be careful at night when you climb into bed ...
You might hsve to brain wash the thoughts in your head.
Look for the bright side,  so the darkness don't last.
Keep steady the future and stay out of the past.
Don't dwell on regret , it'll be your best friend,  
And somehow it'll all work out good in the end.
