Over the eras we’ve bypassed
Formulating our synchronicities
In starry-eyed conversation

How a moment passes so slow
In your elegant presence
I feel I’ve aged gracefully
While staring into your eyes

For the past 10 minutes
For the last 10 years
Singing my heart for you
Somehow I’m still surprised

By the frequencies we’ve traversed
Together, though unknowing
And yet have come back
