A Kiss at the Circus of Horrors

Two men, painted in oil on canvas
are under the striped canvas.
Amidst the crowd of curious eyes
in the circus of horrors
where normality is challenged.

Their lips touch, soft and bold,
like a secret shared in the shadows,
they challenge conventions, break chains.
While watched with fascination and buzz.

Simple natural men, their bodies sculpted
they bow towards each other, like flowers in the sun.
Expressions of joy and pleasure on faces
as if the outside world faded away
and only love remained.

The mannerism of the scene and exuberance of colors
bring to life this forbidden and beautiful passion.
And the circus, with its wonders and strangeness
is the perfect stage for this transcendental kiss.
