Oh fair maiden, thy beauty is something which hast engulfed mine own soul
I have been smitten by the emotion of pure love yond many men has't seeketh
Thus I composeth this song dedicated to thy heart so that I may seeth thee again
Pouring mine own heart to thee whilst mine gittern softly doest weepeth
ii
Today I hath found myself compelled to pen a poem inspired by thy exquisiteness
I hath felt as if the Almighty Lord spake and gaveth me the word to sealeth and keepeth
Thus I sung a song to the birds and they hath heard of mine love I sing for thee
The verses from mine own heart whilst mine gittern softly doest weepeth
iii
Beauty, everyday I seeth thee in the king’s courtyard mine own spirit soars in the sky
Thy presence maketh the flowers coequal more stunning whenever thee speaketh
So I prim and prime a rhyme every time thine eyes cometh mine way so intense
I feeleth mine heart reeleth heavy whilst mine gittern softly doest weepeth
iv
Beloved, the days pass like seasons in a year passing since thee has’t did not reply
I immerse myself in every poem and verse I writeth at night while thee sleepeth
I am trying to findeth the courage to declare this love for thee, visage to visage
And recite the sonnets I has't penned whilst mine gittern softly doest weepeth
v
Oh mine own broken heart cannot beareth to beest apart from thee fair maiden, fair lass
Destiny hast been cruel to me by revealing heaven on earth as I didst peeketh
I shall leaveth these words behind so gents may knoweth about thee centuries from anon
About the love I sung for thee whilst mine gittern softly doest weepeth
