disturbed by the silence
I entertain the noise
greeting me in the night

shadows grim of thought
reach out to touch me
I let them cross my threshold

it is desire that provokes me
I ache in the dark shine
listless my energy leeched from me by raw emotions
it pours from my soul into a dark maw
where it regains strength and turns on me its creator

lust of a garish nature
fully stimulated passion
corrupts my thinking
I sink into the shade and grieve

it isn't what I want
I would rather stay cold
but you find me in my repressed state
and stir the feelings

there is a void in my universe
a black hole sucking off of me
dining off my energy

creating sexy vistas with my dreams
with a select vision, it sees what it wants
takes the best of me
and spits back the rest

awash in temptation
I'm left emptier than I was before
