    mind over matter-that's all there really is; absorbing what one can-bearing the hits one feels one can't....    
   
    it's as if there are invisible guns aimed at one's entire body; some may minimize it down to just anxiety....    
   
    but it's more than that....    
   
     mind over matter-that's all there really is; going to pour a glass throughout the night and take many sips;    
   
    how does the phrase go? oh, that's it.... grin and bear it.... that's all one can do....
