Demise

In the darkest of worlds
time fades
to a perishing demon
the world begins to fall
the waves crash
a silent scream in the search
in what is to come
a light
in the death
slowly rots
dead in hand
dead in heart
a tilt of the head a welcoming
searching for light in the labyrinth
a creature its fate entangled in doom
faith lost to the slain it cannot see
but still it searches
blind to what earth is
blind to the world
it rots
slowly
the blood begins to shatter all time
thoughts turn on another
and the world is fading
after the night's search
death strikes bellow the world
the fury burns in the hearts
helpless no hope
there is nothing as
a scream fills the sky
a bird falls to the ground
words fade
worlds die
so hard to put everything out
so hard to understand
as the world fades

it dies
it dies
