Whiggery!

The middle of that ugly range  
known as...Political Spectrum,
is a vacant lot where we can change
the plucks of the extremist plectrum...
since extremities are not so smart,
even anatomy says so,
nor where you will espy the heart
for a more intuitive show
and some extremes are insensate,
yet still somehow chock full of pride
and when we state..."that's not so great"
our better sense soon gets denied
by witless dolts so stoked by vim
their noggin bulb remains quite dim.
