"Me and You, Setting in a Honeymoon."
Process of elimination, show me the way!
I bite my lip to keep my screams at bay.
Whose blood is this, upon my hands?
Like through someone's veins, for gold, I panned.
I don't remember anything, sirens begin to sing.
Flashing red and blue in time as my ears beat and ring.
Battling memory loss, racking my head.
Is this person okay? Are they alive or dead?
Checking all the closets, sprinting down the halls.
Avoiding the stare of lifeblood spattered down my walls.
A pounding at my door leaves me shaking in the tub.
Lights off, and on some foreign flesh my own begins to rub.
With a flick of a switch, shadows leave her face.
Blinking tears out of eyes, just... just in case.
No, it's her. No denial. No lies.
Fighting my disease, I destroyed my wife.
I bite my lip to keep my screams at bay.
