The Essence of The Woman Within
This sentiment of the soul cherished since the Garden of Eden, our sweeter scent, wanted, needed from way back when
Smooth emollients when used to pamper the suppleness of our skin
The temple must consume organic healthy food choices
In union women, you must get in the routine to check your breasts
It is our private awareness raised in unified voices
We must take care of our minds, our bodies, it is the gate well to give credence to the soul
Through the tears of pain may your sisterhood always be there to console
A kiss to the wind to let the world know we are of old
My eyes have seen the detriment of what denied screenings can do
I hear the cries echoing in still of the night when blessings have falter, and time becomes the factor ,
A blessing to pass along, it's the advice I spread in love as I chose
No matter the hue of the mother, what preference you have as a lover
The welfare of your health, make it a number one priority
A sacred oath to self and a blessing from the Creator’s vow to cleanse our temple for you and for me

There has been an uprise of breast and cervical cancer the media is not discussing. Therefore, please ladies it only takes five minutes to check those ta-ta's. Be pro-active about your health in 2024. I will try to incorporate more issues related to Men's Health, which I am working on a journal, in the midst of gathering more research.
