Thunderstruck by Cupid

Today was tough, tough as they come
Having to realize I'd become so numb
Until I did a new evaluation
Now I have become my own salvation
Dying to live again, to run, to soar
Even maybe, dare I, love once more
Readying myself was never my style
So maybe I should accept the wild for a while
That's my new plan, to speak freely, to love
Racing towards heavens gates above
Until at long last I do find
Cerberus  no longer nipping at my behind
Kisses from Her once again saving the day
