Alive

I've been down this road
Many times
And it looks like I'm walking it again
It's a road full of heartache and hurt
But it's worth the trip in the end
I have to get my head back in line
With my heart and my needs
And realize that everyone
Has their share of pain
And learn to stop bitching and whining
When it's simply my turn to feel
The ache of being alive
