OK, this had some meat in it.

she hides -- you dive into the obvious, that she paints her face to hide.

But then you talk about her casual, nearly predatory sex patterns, and the end leaves a question. She's not giving herself away so easily. Could mean she's not going to fall in love with every person she has sex with; or she's not going to give her inherent truth away; or, that even though she's caught in that pattern she seeks more.

It's an interesting write, and every time I read it I feel like there's a different denouement.
