New friend, it’s you that I see.
Did we meet in my dreams?
I am sorry I pushed you further away from me with my words.
Not the ones I uttered to you, but the ones I uttered to the universe when confronted over my thoughts about an us.
I should not do that; push objects in the way of something that may never even be more than friendship.
