Say Nothing

 
the feelings rage inside me  
so much so I must let them go
once freed on the winds they don't know which way to turn
some rise on the breeze and fly
 
others seek companionship deep within the soul of another
like minded spirits with the same cause
brewing inside the hearts of their keepers
 
some find me sitting bereft of feeling
forlorn in my thoughts they return to me
where they fall into my state of mind
 
turning in the elements  
I am a part of the chaos around me
surrounded by a greed so great it can't be fed
it's clash ot the titains inside my soul
 
the rising feeling tries to take control
none the wiser I fight it
it's anger in the lead again
such a hot temper
hard to manage I slip once
and out it comes tumbling from my lips...spiteful
 
it cuts those it encounters
fighting the feelings I counter with wisdom
better off to say nothing
