My Own Little World

Sometimes,we all just need an escape from reality.
And so I pick up my pen.
I begin to write my own world with no pain.

I write down cloudy skies.
With a sunset, that will amaze.
I write down a garden.

Full of flowers ,all the way.
As you walk down a path down the bay.
I write down sunshine.

A happiness for my own.
I write down,and make the clouds go away on their own.
With children laughing.

And dogs,cats napping.
Underneath the sun.
I spread my wings,I begin to run.

And I fly on top of my imagination.
With the lovely creation of my words.
Slaying the evil with my words,like swords.

Like a poet,I write my own little world.
With no sadness,or despair.
You feel the peace.

And you always want to be there.
Like a creator, I have powers.
Beyond my words and rhyme.

Like a human, I have emotions.
Expression and emotion combine.
Like a god,I make my own creation.

Rhyming and words ,creativity combine.
I write my words,creating new worlds.
No matter the limit of time.

No matter if people like it.
No matter if it does amaze.
A world of my own, I've seen worse days.

This colorful world is beyond magic.
It's sunny, happy and never tragic.
As I enter with the write of a pen.

I open a portal,with the blue ink of my trusty pen.
A world,where it's happy,no need to complain.
Sometimes,we all need to escape the reality and the pain.

So join my little world.
It's where you will be free.
So join my colorful world.

As you read my poetry.
As you imagine my words.
Imagination,creativity begins to cause floods.

A world of my own.
A safe space for my own.
Where there is no suffering.
