Arcadian Delight

Upon an old rocky mountain's flank
The local shepherd rides his herd
Tripping in silence along the slant,
Slope land, ere the dawn's bird is heard

I wake up to the cheerful vibration of bleat
Floating with the perfume of the breeze
With a lightly heard soft sound of the feet
I listened to softest sounds that would please

With a stick held across the shoulder
Carrying a morning tune Into the hill
Backed up by a yelping dog, a tall hunter
A slender breed, with a very sharp feel

A jingle tune chiming with sheep voice
Seems to be sung under shepherd's hand
With each ringing knell then, will i rejoice
Euphoric delight.poetically fueled my pen
