atoms coalescing into
visions of reality
electrons hop between nerve endings
so in our minds we see

inside outside's manifesting
patterns that we know
from before and ever after
repeating as we go

breath by breath with every heartbeat
on paths we often tread
qhere everything and everyone is
somewhere in our head

behind the eyes, between the eardrums
at least that's how it seems
until we fall asleep and wake up
into whatever dreams

stimulate and mystify us
inspire us once again
to lift ourselves from all the sorrow
ending all the pain

coalescing into a vision
of a new reality
