Image for the poem Drippin

Drippin' The Shadowy

In my easy chair listening to the cider
drippin' the shadowy a little bit cloudy
echoing Autumn's scented memories
of nature's Florentine and lemon drops
listening to the cascading sonnets
of love's intoxication over creek stones
tickling eyes with winds of soft gales
ringing the wood shins in dreams
using the quill of yesterday's dawn
drippin' the shadowy a little bit cloudy
