From the bottom of my heart
The pit in your stomach, when you overstep
boundaries you had no way to prep.
Darkness encircling my mind and soul,
fighting my heart for complete control.
It seems infected and corrupt,
threatening to stop so abrupt
casting shadows and shade in every corner
leaving my body cold, perfect for the coroner to slice and remove the sickness within
too late to start again.
Bury me, next to the lies I spun so deftly
right next to the glass where they left me
no chance to repair what was broken
with every venomous word spoken.
So from the bottom of my sick heart,
I'm sorry for tearing you apart.
boundaries you had no way to prep.
Darkness encircling my mind and soul,
fighting my heart for complete control.
It seems infected and corrupt,
threatening to stop so abrupt
casting shadows and shade in every corner
leaving my body cold, perfect for the coroner to slice and remove the sickness within
too late to start again.
Bury me, next to the lies I spun so deftly
right next to the glass where they left me
no chance to repair what was broken
with every venomous word spoken.
So from the bottom of my sick heart,
I'm sorry for tearing you apart.
