What I Said In A Prayer
All I wanted was someone to hold
Is that to much to ask
God are you listening
Why do you refuse to send a life saver my way
Did I disapoint you
Did I fail you
Is my sin not forgiven
My sin of loving her
I ate the apple
The tree of knowledge
I stood with Adam and Eve
Knowing not what I do
Two bodies entangled
Yet not the way you want
Two females
In the action
I now see the clothes I'm not wearing
If I see
Will you love me
Or give me the cold shoulder
Is that my punishment
Giving me a rope
Then ripping it away
Leaving me to drown
I hope I'm wrong
I hope you love me
If not
Then to hell I should go
Is that to much to ask
God are you listening
Why do you refuse to send a life saver my way
Did I disapoint you
Did I fail you
Is my sin not forgiven
My sin of loving her
I ate the apple
The tree of knowledge
I stood with Adam and Eve
Knowing not what I do
Two bodies entangled
Yet not the way you want
Two females
In the action
I now see the clothes I'm not wearing
If I see
Will you love me
Or give me the cold shoulder
Is that my punishment
Giving me a rope
Then ripping it away
Leaving me to drown
I hope I'm wrong
I hope you love me
If not
Then to hell I should go
