Darkness.
You hide in the shadows of my dreams,
Cold and silent, always watching me.
Everynight I see you lurk and stare,
So Surrounded, yet when I cry, no one's there.
I feel you pulling, and must give in,
For I have no choice, I cannot win.
My battle with you must have an end near,
Cuase no women should spend ev'ry night in fear.
To late it will be, for these words when you take me,
Into one of you, I fear you'll make me.
You take me with you, a hand over mine,
and there I'll stay, unchanged by time.
