Dream Lights
It’s dark out tonight
The stars are closed
But I’ve got dream lights
Illuminating me
It’s how I was made
Pep in my step
Walking in tune on
Sidewalks or blacktops
To the sound of
My soul’s whistle
Following the instincts
Of my mind’s missile
Navigating myself
Towards the ceiling of my
Brain’s right hemisphere
Moving the bulbs around
Careful not to shatter
My tunnel vision
Filled with dream lights
Never nervous when they
Try to flicker
Because I’ll remember
To steady the light
Reach for the dream

I'm in a positive place right now.
I wanted it have attitude and confidence.
Goals can be shaken at times. That's why it's important to
have positive people around you. It matters!
Yes - Wednesday!! She's a total badass.
Maybe I'm going for celloist of the month! LOL

You'll love this little story, Adelphina. Dream lights once helped me find my way back to my hotel, drunk, in Torquay, Devon, once upon a time back in April 2016. These lights lit the way along the curve of the bay, you see, until the council turned them off at midnight, lol. I spent 4 days there & even have a poem written about it. :-)

I think it's so important to be able to keep your motivation going.
Especially when the path is not lit. To have that internal dream light guiding you towards your destiny. Dreams are a powerful tool that only you can feel cause they are yours!

I feel at times when we feel down we need to be our own cheerleaders.
When things get tough it's hard to stay focused. Life can throw you curve balls and I'm not a fan of baseball!! I'm way to impatient for that. LOL

Great positive attitude young lady. The dark is only one spectrum, there are others that allow you to see (infrared for example).
