INSIDE ROAR
No War or Inside Roar
Inside Roare (1996)
originally she was supposed to be a pilot, she wasn't.

1) A village burned to the ground,
somewhere behind the hill the sound of a steel bugle fades away.
      The landscape lacks life.
Tracks of tank tracks, prints of military boots.
A few bricks left from your house
the wind blew away all your memories.
      Your scream accompanies them.

Rf) Within you your voice now roars,
that around the war when it goes
       she also came to us.
I was looking forward to you wanting to live here
there is no peace in your soul,
       you are left here alone

2) You were only gone for a while,
now the key is burning in your pocket..... from nothing.
      “When you took it.
Even the native clay you have in your hands
      someone took life cruelly.

Rf) With your insides your voice is now roaring......
