Illusions

The difference between you and me is quite simple.
It's just that what you call a lie,
I call it being in an illusion.

Sometimes you tend to keep people
Under an illusion just to  make them happy
By telling them the things that they wish to hear.
But I guess, keeping the ones you love
or perhaps anyone for that matter in an illusion,
Can be the best and the worst thing you can
ever do to them.

And again, It's ironic for me to say
I hate illusions when I love the one where
I force myself to be in, close to you.
