In the reflection,
Full stark naked imperfection-
Is a girl. Female. Women.
Across from that,
The biggest myth-
Stands a boy.
 
Born with the blessing,
Of double "x",
The tattle tale chest,
Mockery.
 
In your eyes,
A gay, a bi, a trans.
Everything but me
Nor am I one.
 
In the mirror is me,
Poor confused girl.
Should have been a boy,
Does it matter?
I am I. Me?
 
Can't deny, what you see.
Want is yearned,
Or reality-
From the reflection.
