LEARNING TO ADD 34 1/2 +34 1/2
In the midst
of riding the passion
express, the soft
question teased my ear:
"How good are you
at math, especially adding?"
We paused, I smiled and replied
"It depends on the numbers."
"How about 30+30?"
"60!"
"Excellent."
"How about 33 +33?"
"66!"
"Here's a more difficult one,
34 1/2 +34 1/2."
We spent the rest of the night
roll playing the number:
69! We both were great at math.
Meet me at the Kissing
Place and we'll keep learning
to add 34 1/2 + 34 1/2.
