Listening to the sounds of nature
and breath of the winds blow  
over the Patriots at Monticello
buried with the acorns  
with a windfall in words, I have seen it,
felt it and winged it, washing the green
with the falling rain  
watching the genesis of a tree grow  
and leaves convey the living Autumn  
in nature's basket unfolding
