It’s Just The Sun
It was very hot outside today in New York, If you must venture outside, I do hope you are wearing some sunscreen, and staying hydrated.
I stepped outside after a televisit, and the Sun rays were very commendable, caressing my Creole skin with some natural Vitamin D.
Summer De-Bloating Smoothie Recipe
1 cup Pineapple (frozen)
1 Banana (frozen)
¼ English Cucumber (cubed)
1 tablespoon Pure Matcha Powder
1 Ginger Root (1 inch, 2 1/2 cm, piece)
1 ¼ cups Coconut Water
Directions
1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
2. Mix until smooth. Add more coconut water as needed. For a thicker consistency, add more ice.
3. Enjoy!
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients above, I would not advise any attempts to try, and if you are a Diabetic, please confer with your physician prior to consuming as well.
