I am sorry to me

Today I am crying for me  
I thought i flowed from earthly matter  
Yet I feel like an imposter  
This was never about romantic love  
This is about loving other souls  
So many of my thoughts put on paper spoke of wanting another soul to walk with me side by side, no pushing, no leading, no pulling  
Yet I am guilty of tethering them all to me  
Only granting freedom within my confines  
I hurt myself - I try to understand love as a mother, daughter , friend and lover  
I know my intentions are good  
However, every individual we meet has a divine right to grow and choose what brings them happiness, peace and love- and I am not the main character in their story. Their life has no responsibility to me  
 
This is not a poem. This is a writing from the depth of my heart. I understand my pretty words did not match my petty actions.  
 
Love is letting go  
 
Letting those that we love to live their life without any attachments or control. - and I  sorry
