Beware:
Roses hold thorns,
Apples have worms
You must be vigilant-
The siren is ringing,
The palms start tingling
Be constantly aware.
My chest begins to ache,
Brain shaken like an earthquake
Save me from this mess I made.
I try to be the hero,
I run myself to zero
Nothing is ticking,
But this empty clock...
