Raindrops

liquid luscious life keeps flowing
from above to where we're going
flowing through us while in motion
flowing back to the ocean

as rain keeps falling, pitter patter
like tiny feet whose endless clatter
liquidizes, crashing, splashing
molecules of water smashing

from gravity's sublime attraction
always pulling on all action
both at night and in the daytime
molecules of water's playtime

falling through the air wind rushing
atmospheric forces brushing
molecules in each raindrop
liquidizing crashing then to stop

on the roof of where I'm sitting
in my car with words to fit in
the spaces in the inbetween
raindrops' pitter patter stream...
