And Apollo Wept
How lowley has the will of man fallen
No longer is it an age with a golden hue, but an age bathed in red
No longer is there want of a higher purpose
Overtaken by a horde of the venereal and of the lustful
Poseidon slipped down beneath the waves
Ares drew his blade, and thrust it upon mankind
Though the light shown bright in the noon day sun, a void enveloped each heart
And Apollo wept the tears of the sun
No longer is it an age with a golden hue, but an age bathed in red
No longer is there want of a higher purpose
Overtaken by a horde of the venereal and of the lustful
Poseidon slipped down beneath the waves
Ares drew his blade, and thrust it upon mankind
Though the light shown bright in the noon day sun, a void enveloped each heart
And Apollo wept the tears of the sun
