Thank you from my heart. My late Mom used to make the best Greek food including the salads. She learned the cuisine while with my father who was stationed in Turkey in the Air Force but they made road trips to Greece. Nothing like her Greek and mid-eastern cooking. They both learned Turkish and Greek while there too. A fond memory of attending the Greek Orthodox church with her. Making you smile makes me smile too.
