You're not captain of your own ship when life's drifting upon the tide.

You can't claim free will when everything you were conditioned to be, was base amplified.

Mastery of our mind can be elusive, distracted by lifes sordid fatalistic play. 

Feel good vibes are most sought-after before we get an individual lottery-like Doomsday.

No one really knows the answers, what awaits us in eternal sleep. 

If our actions here determine there, can we be intent on going that deep?

We're probably the food, lured by a false light existing in murky stillness. 

Unaware of impeding soul consumption by something so utterly, casually villainous. 

Enlightenment is just awareness of knowing, you're actually the prey. 

Gnosis happens through our experienced suffering and this is the real gourmet. 

The flavour here is strong, sovereign in its gigantic boldness. 

Alone in the dark you bring light and warmth, surrounded by coldness. 

Can we untether ourselves and create our own form of existence? 

Or must we remain in carnal fixation, unable to overcome permissions frictional resistance?

I wonder if a saviour is what we really need or we really want? 

A conditioned mind might trigger at that idea as far too nonchalant. 

Comprehend that seeking to become a God, to birth life into our creation. 

Is what sets us apart from the charade of existence, wakes us up from lifes sedation.

Let us be clear, we seek the pit of this void, together we're alone.

Giving no compromise of perspective over to the vast unspoken unknown.

We tread where the mortal mind is scared and beyond tested. 

To see the origins of our Gods and our oblivion unarrested.
