You've already dismissed a life
When you voted for the G.O.P.
Whose lack of respect for any man's wife
Undermines any liberty!
Don't you know that lettered law
Now lacks respectability,
And Cole without a decent slaw
Means no cabbage for you and me!
So wud ya say when the moon is low,
And the nights are getting cold?
Will you need a monarchs crown to glow,
Or just a portion of his gold?

Cuz common law will know what's true

I recently web stumbled across an old English punk rocker going by the alias of ATTILA THE STOCKBROKER, who does some wicked good old style balladeering. Very cool stuff, and quite anti crown. Very inspiring!
I think I will be detouring though some old sea shanties, where raunch and bawdiness are an established maritime tradition.
