were harmful to gardens
when i was small

i later found out
when not rolled up
into a tiny ball
they’re good for
Mother Earth.

Cleansing
soil & groundwater
they aid in removal of
heavy metals.

Related to shrimp,
I am pretty certain
I would not eat
these crustaceans
even if they rolled up
into a small
armored ball !!
